Key Responsibilities
Define and drive next-generation automotive audio products, platforms, and roadmaps. Translate market requirements into clear product requirements and business cases. Act as the Voice of the Customer, engaging directly with OEMs, Tier-1s, and ecosystem partners. Identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and growth opportunities in automotive audio. Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to define system-level solutions. Lead cross-functional alignment on product strategy, priorities, and investment decisions. Support development programs through key milestones and product releases.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Acoustics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in automotive semiconductors, audio systems, infotainment, product management, product definition, or system architecture. Strong understanding of automotive audio technologies, including DSPs, amplifiers, software, and system architectures. Proven experience translating customer requirements into successful product developments. Experience working directly with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Semiconductor product definition experience from concept to production. Knowledge of software-defined vehicles, AI-enabled audio, immersive audio, or voice technologies. Understanding of automotive functional safety and cybersecurity. Established relationships across the automotive audio ecosystem.
