The Associate in Real Estate Asset Management will play a key role in supporting the Asset Management team, focusing on logistics assets in Germany. This position involves collaborating with senior managers and external partners to drive performance and execute business plans. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support asset management teams in driving value and monitoring performance.
  • Manage business plans and coordinate with operating partners.
  • Monitor operating performance and address underperformance.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for internal committees.

What You Need

  • 3-5 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Ability to travel across Germany.
