We are looking for a full-time employee for our subsidiary, avitea Industrieservice GmbH, to fill the position of Business Unit Manager (m/f/d) in the Cleaning Division.
What awaits you
Leadership & Organization
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of team leaders and site managers
- Responsibility for quality, occupational safety, and key performance indicators (KPI/target management)
- Further development of processes, methods, and quality standards
- Responsibility for the business unit’s results
Sales & Customer Development
- Acquisition of new customers
- Strategic development of existing customers
- Cost estimation, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
Innovation & Future Development
- Positioning the business unit as a modern, technology-driven service provider
- Implementation of innovative cleaning concepts
- Use of modern technologies (e.g., autonomous cleaning systems)
What you should bring
- Several years of professional experience in the cleaning services industry
- Experience in customer acquisition, sales, or business development
- Strategic thinking, goal-oriented approach, and strong negotiation skills
- Excellent team player and empathetic leader
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Ideally, experience in implementing autonomous cleaning systems
