What you will be doing

We are looking for a highly motivated and well organized HR/Recruiter [d/f/m] to play a key role in our organization, providing daily support to our team with HR, Recruiting, and Office Management tasks. To excel in this mission:

  • You support the HR team by taking over 360 Recruiting process with candidates
  • You assist with onboarding new colleagues by setting up their computers, preparing their key chips, and ensuring their desks are welcoming for their first day
  • You help with HR tasks with possibility of taking over
  • You keep our company culture alive by organizing regular small gatherings and occasional larger team events
  • You monitor our stocks of kitchen, bathroom, and office supplies, and plan groceries according to these stocks. You also oversee each part of our office, ensuring everything is in good condition and sufficient for the office's needs
More about you
  • You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing several tasks at once
  • You have an interest in a variety of topics, such as general HR, Recruiting, Office Management etc., and are eager to learn something new every day. You already bring first knowledge but you don’t have to have an expert in these topics
  • You are self-motivated but are not afraid to ask questions when something is unclear
  • You have a hands-on mentality and thrive when taking on new challenges
  • You have an excellent command of German and English—any additional language is a plus
