ÜBER DIE POSITION

Die Position ist für unser Beratungsgeschäft in Deutschland. Das bedeutet Du wirst Teil eines Teams von über 40 Finance Consultants und arbeitest deutschlandweit für spannende Start-ups und dynamische Mittelstandsunternehmen.

In der Rolle als Junior Accounting Manager (Interne Bezeichnung: Associate) unterstützt Du die Projektleitung im Rahmen von Projektumsetzungsaufgaben bei unseren Klienten oder begleitest diese interimistisch z.B. als Accountant oder Finance Manager. Alleine oder in kleinen Teams bist Du dabei eine wesentliche Stütze in unserer Projektrealisierung und hilfst dabei, unseren Qualitätsanspruch sicherzustellen.

DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH
  • Unterstützung in Beratungsprojekten zu Accounting und Backoffice Fragestellungen in schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
  • Interimsmanagement: Umsetzung von Projektaufgaben durch Interimsmandate z.B. als Accountant oder Finance Manager
  • Tools: Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung und Implementierung von best-in-class Accounting und Finance Tools
  • Prozesse: Aufsetzen von schlanken und Best Practice Prozessen in Finance und administrativen Bereichen, z.B. Automatisierungen und Digitalisierungen
  • Mitwirkung bei Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen, vorbereitender Buchhaltung, Monatsabschlüssen und weiteren buchhalterischen Sachverhalten bei Kundenunternehmen
  • Ausbau der unternehmensinternen Dokumentation

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder bringst praktische Erfahrung im operativen Geschäft mit. Ein abgeschlossenes Studium ist kein Must-have
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit dem Bereich sind von Vorteil
  • Du bist fit mit Excel und/oder Google Sheets
  • Du hast sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch (ca. C1) und gute in Englisch (ca. B1)
