Herbliz, a leading company in the cosmetics and dietary supplements industry with a focus on CBD products, is seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to join our team. As a Procurement Manager, you will play a critical role in sourcing and purchasing products and services for the company. Your ability to manage supplier relations, optimize costs, and ensure timely deliveries will be essential for our success.

Aufgaben

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Supplier Management:

  • Develop sound, cost-effective strategies for purchasing materials used in the business.
  • Maintain relationships with existing suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors.
  • Evaluate spending operations, seeking ways to enhance product quality and delivery timeliness.

Supply Chain Optimization:

  • Oversee the entire supply chain, ensuring consistent delivery of goods and services.
  • Identify possible obstacles that may affect productivity and implement risk management procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Contract Negotiation and Legal Compliance:

  • Work closely with the legal department to ensure favorable contract terms.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, maximizing value while minimizing risk.
  • Monitor compliance with laws and regulations related to procurement.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise a purchasing team, delegating tasks across departments when necessary.
  • Set objectives, review performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Market Research and Trends:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Source new potential suppliers and explore market opportunities.
Qualifikation

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).

Experience: Previous experience as a Procurement Manager or Purchasing Manager (minimum of 3 years).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
