TasksIn this role, you will support the Finance and Operations teams with your daily tasks and maintain tracking of all financial transactions. Specifically, you will: all financial transactions. Specifically, you will:
- Complete administrative tasks, filling out, drafting documents and data entry.
- Prepare monthly reports for management and client presentations
- Promote operational efficiencies across the finance team
- Assist the cost control team with reporting, budget monitoring and invoice control
- You will actively support the finance team in monitoring incoming payments
- You create ad hoc analyses and support the optimization of our databases
- You develop ideas for the improvement of existing processes on your responsibility
- You are studying business administration, mathematics, or preferably a comparable course of study with a focus on finance and controlling
- You have gained some practical experience through internships or working student activities
- You have a good understanding of numbers, a good grasp of concepts and analytical thinking
- You have good Office skills and very good Excel skills
- You have a very good knowledge of German and English (C1/C2 level, written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a careful and proactive way of working
- Communicative team player who enjoys working in an intercultural environment
