Tasks

Strategische Finanzplanung und Investorenmanagement:

Als CFO bist du für die finanzielle Stabilität und Skalierbarkeit unseres Unternehmens verantwortlich.

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer langfristigen Finanzierungsstrategie zur Sicherung des Unternehmenswachstums
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu bestehenden und potenziellen Investoren, Banken und anderen Stakeholdern
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Finanzierungsrunden, einschließlich Pitch-Decks, Verhandlungen und Due-Diligence-Prozessen
  • Sicherstellung eines transparenten und präzisen Investor Reportings, inklusive regelmäßiger Updates und der Darstellung relevanter Finanzkennzahlen

Internes Controlling und Finanzmanagement:

Gemeinsam mit unserer Finance Abteilung verantwortest du das Budget, unsere Businesspläne, den Forecast, sowie den Jahresabschluss und das interne und externe Reporting. Mithilfe unserer KPIs stellst du sicher, dass wir unsere finanziellen und strategischen Ziele erreichen und potenziellen (finanziellen) Risiken mit geeigneten Maßnahmen vorbeugen.

  • Aufbau und Optimierung eines leistungsstarken internen Controllings und Reporting-Systems
  • Budgetierung, Forecasting und Cashflow-Management
  • Verantwortung der KPIs zur Überwachung der finanziellen Leistung und zur Steuerung der Unternehmensstrategie
  • SparringspartnerIn für die Geschäftsführung bei strategischen Entscheidungen
  • Analyse neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und deren finanzielle Bewertung
  • Unterstützung bei der Skalierung des Unternehmens durch Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung im Finanzbereich
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um die Unternehmensstrategie ganzheitlich voranzutreiben

Strategic Financial Planning and Investor Relations

As CFO, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial stability and scalability of our company.

  • Develop and implement a long-term financial strategy to support the company’s growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, banks, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and execute financing rounds, including pitch decks, negotiations, and due diligence processes
  • Ensure transparent and accurate investor reporting, including regular updates and presentation of relevant financial metrics

Internal Controlling and Financial Management

Together with our finance team, you will oversee budgeting, business planning, forecasting, annual financial statements, and both internal and external reporting. Using KPIs, you will ensure we achieve our financial and strategic goals while proactively mitigating potential (financial) risks.

  • Build and optimize a robust internal controlling and reporting system
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
  • Take ownership of KPIs to monitor financial performance and guide corporate strategy
  • Act as a sparring partner for the executive team on strategic decisions
  • Analyze new business opportunities and assess their financial impact
  • Support company scaling through process optimization and automation in the finance area
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to drive the company strategy forward
Requirements
  • Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer C-Level Position mit und hast idealerweise bereits als FinanzleiterIn in einem schnell wachsenden SaaS-Unternehmens gearbeitet.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Expertise in der strategischen Finanzplanung sowie im Aufbau und der Pflege von Beziehungen zu Investoren, Banken und anderen Stakeholdern.
  • Du arbeitest daten- und KPI-getrieben und zeichnest dich durch exzellentes Zeit- und Prioritätenmanagement aus.
  • Du bist eine überzeugende Führungskraft, die strategisch denkt und komplexe Themen verständlich und klar kommunizieren kann.
  • Du hast nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Skalierung von Unternehmen, insbesondere durch Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung im Finanzbereich.
  • Du bist zielorientiert, hoch motiviert und bringst die Fähigkeit mit, übergreifend mit anderen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten, um Unternehmensziele ganzheitlich zu erreichen.

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a C-level position and ideally have already worked as a finance leader in a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • You are experienced in strategic financial planning as well as in building and maintaining relationships with investors, banks, and other stakeholders.
  • You are data- and KPI-driven and excel in time and priority management.
  • You are a confident leader who thinks strategically and can communicate complex topics clearly and effectively.
  • You have proven experience in scaling companies, particularly through process optimization and automation in finance.
  • You are highly motivated, goal-driven, and great at working with different teams to achieve overall company goals.
