Aufgaben

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortlich für die Administration und Weiterentwicklung der REMA TIP TOP CCUBE-Produktlinie
  • Leitung von Anwendertrainings und Unterstützung der KollegInnen in Projekten
  • 2nd und 3rd Level Support für Fehlerbehebungen und den Kundendienst
  • Unterstützung bei der Definition und Implementierung von Systemschnittstellen für angelagerte Systeme (z.B. Industrie 4.0, CRM, ERP)
  • Pflege und zentrale Verwaltung der Projektdaten
Qualifikation

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Elektronik/ Informatik/ Telekommunikationstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenbankanwendungen und Hosting sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Anwendersoftware
  • Grundkenntnisse in Programmiersprachen für Schnittstellen und Feldbus-Systeme
  • Erfahrung in globalen Software-Projekten
  • Strukturiertes und pragmatisches Denkvermögen sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten und Interesse an der Mitarbeit in anspruchsvollen Projekten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
