Du bist erfahrener UI Designer (all genders) und hast einen ausgeprägten Sinn für digitale Ästhetik? In unserem crossfunktionalen Team entwickelst du kreative Lösungen, die Nutzer begeistern. In dieser Position trägst du zur Optimierung unserer Kundenprodukte bei und prägst das visuelle Erlebnis. Klingt spannend? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen motivierten und engagierten (Senior) UI Designer (all genders) in Hamburg, Berlin oder hybrid.

Aufgaben
  • Du arbeitest an der kreativen Gestaltung digitaler Produkte – von nativen Apps, über webbasierte Interfaces oder Smart TV Anwendungen bis hin zu mehrsprachigen Corporate Websites
  • Du designst außergewöhnliche Interface-Konzepte für unsere Kunden und entwickelst diese proaktiv weiter
  • Du definierst Design-Patterns, UI Design Guidelines und Styleguides oder komplette Design-Systeme
  • Die User Experience denkst du in deiner Arbeit stets mit und lässt bereits erste eigene Ideen einfließen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung und Auswertung von Usability-Tests
  • Du arbeitest interdisziplinär mit UX Design, Front-End / Back-End Development und Projektmanagement zusammen
Qualifikation
  • Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im UI-Design, vorzugsweise in einer Agentur
  • Dein Portfolio zeigt beeindruckende digitale Produkte und nutzerzentrierte Interface-Konzepte
  • Du achtest auf präzise Details, ohne das große Ganze und die Konsistenz über verschiedene Touchpoints hinweg aus den Augen zu verlieren
  • Figma, inklusive gängiger Plugins, gehört zu deinem sicheren Werkzeugkasten
  • Design Sprints, Design Thinking und Workshop-Moderation sind dir nicht fremd
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch
