Tasks- Support each member of the German HR-Team along the whole Employee Lifecycle
- Mainly responsible to ensure administrative tasks are handled timely and in high quality standard
- Support in several projects for example in the area of People Development, Retention, Recruiting etc.
- Filing of HR relevant documents
- Research activities organizing various projects and events
- Preparation of job postings, creating job profiles, Works Council documents etc.
- Support in global HR projects, such as the implementation of a new HRIS
- General administrative activities
- Enrolled student in Economics, Psychology, Law, or any other relevant subject
- Previous HR experience desired but not mandatory
- Very good English skills
- Good MS Office Application knowledge
- Team player
