**Unser Kunde sucht Dich**

Unser Kunde betreibt mehrere Online-Shops und Marken im Matratzenhandel. Aktuell besteht das Unternehmen aus circa 30 Mitarbeitenden und es geht nun um die weitere Skalierung & Prozessautomatisierung.

Aufgaben

PPC-Setup & Optimierung: Aufbau, laufende Optimierung und effektives Management von PPC-Kampagnen mit einem flexiblen Budget, unterstützt von einem weiteren Teammitglied

Internationalisierungsstrategie: Entwicklung und Automatisierung von Marktstrategien für neue Länder wie die Niederlande und Frankreich

Servicequalität sicherstellen: Implementierung von Best Practices für eine „Best in Class“-Servicequalität im Kundenservice

Teamaufbau & -führung: Perspektive auf die Leitung und den Ausbau eines Teams, inklusive der Koordination von Freelancern für unterstützende Aufgaben

Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse in der Einrichtung und Optimierung von Amazon PPC-Kampagnen
  • 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung als Amazon Marketplace Manager inhouse oder in einer Agentur
  • Internationalisierungsexpertise: Erfahrung mit Strategien für neue Märkte, idealerweise für Amazon, insbesondere für die Niederlande und Frankreich
  • Starke Serviceorientierung: Fähigkeit zur Implementierung von Best Practices für hohe Servicequalität.
