Senior Consultant

KFS GROUP, a leading global consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant in Global Supply Management to join our dynamic team. • Collaborate with clients to develop and execute strategic product introduction plans, ensuring efficient and successful market entry.
• Lead cross-functional teams in managing the end-to-end product introduction process, from ideation to commercialization.
• Apply design thinking principles to drive innovation, create user-centered solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Conduct thorough market assessments to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential risks or opportunities.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, conduct product testing, and provide recommendations for design improvements.
• Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, distribution channels, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of design and engineering elements throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Analyze and interpret customer feedback, conduct post-launch evaluations, and make data-driven recommendations for product enhancements or updates.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, new product introduction, or related roles, with a focus on bringing innovative products to market.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, from concept to commercialization, and experience leading product introduction projects.
• Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and ability to apply them to drive user-centered product innovation.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of engineering principles and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and translating insights into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from market data and customer feedback.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across design, engineering, and business functions.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools for effective project execution.
• Familiarity with CAD software and other design tools to effectively communicate and visualize product concepts.
