Would you like to take over responsibilities and gain strong insights into an E-Commerce company, all of this in a diverse and international team? You could be part of it as a Marketing Data Engineer (all genders)

Your Tasks
  • Develope, maintain, and optimize integrations with leading ad platforms
  • Shape the future of our data-driven marketing stack, including campaign automations, API endpoint implementations, data pipelines, and data quality processes.
  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 setups for Outfittery's website and marketing campaigns, tracking user behavior, campaign performance, and ensuring data security.
  • Bridge the gap between marketing and data platforms, translating technical concepts to marketing teams and vice versa.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing analytics, campaign management, data science, and data engineering teams to support data-driven decision making, A/B testing, and marketing attribution.
  • Communicate complex marketing data insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders across different departments.
Your Profile
  • 3+ years' experience: of developing, maintaining, and optimizing integrations with leading ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). Building and managing data pipelines for marketing data ingestion and transformation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, modern data processing tools (APIs, data pipelines), in-depth knowledge of GTM and GA4 for website and campaign tracking.
  • Working knowledge in marketing: performance marketing channels, their tracking capabilities, and limitations. Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues within the marketing data stack.
  • Exceptional communication skills, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
  • Strong analytical mind with a passion for using data to inform strategic decisions, A/B testing, and marketing attribution.
  • Genuine interest in the fashion industry and a desire to contribute to Outfittery's growth.
