2. Diverse Research Opportunities: Delve into a wide array of technologies. From groundbreaking deep tech innovations to AI applications, you’ll explore and understand different sectors. Your STEM/MINT background equips you with a unique lens to view these challenges.
3. Understanding Market Dynamics: Analyze market trends and understand future needs. Your analytical skills, combined with a passion for understanding how the (business) world works, make you an ideal fit for this dynamic field.

• A background in STEM and a lot of curiosity.
• You need to be fluent in German and English - both is very important
• You're based in Stuttgart OR in Baden-Württemberg OR you're willing to move here OR you really enjoy taking the Deutsche Bahn frequently ;)
• You need to be looking for a job in Q1 / Q2 2025. Feel free to already send us your CV. Just keep in mind that we will take a lot of time finding the perfect colleague and don't have a strict timeline and process ... you might have to wait for a couple of weeks until we get back to you.

The image of venture capital some people have in mind couldn’t be further from the truth. This field is not about boasting and more about pursuit of knowledge and understanding.
