Als Sales Trainee bei hansetherm bist du der erste Kontaktpunkt unserer Kunden. Mit deinem empathischen Auftreten und großartigen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten baust du eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung zu ihnen auf, indem du ihre Bedürfnisse verstehst und folglich maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anbietest. Unsere Ambition ist es, dich hierbei im Vertrieb weiterzuentwickeln und dir die Möglichkeit zu geben, zukünftig ein eigenes Team zu führen.
Aufgaben- Du verkaufst und erklärst technisch anspruchsvolle Produkte mit Leidenschaft und Überzeugung.
- Du bearbeitest eingehende Kundenanfragen und wirst keine Kaltakquise betreiben.
- Du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu potenziellen Kunden auf und versuchst, ihre individuellen Bedürfnisse zu verstehen.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Angebote und verfolgst diese bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Du begleitest unsere Kunden durch den gesamten Verkaufsprozess und schaffst dabei eine Atmosphäre, die positiv und motivierend ist.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du arbeitest gerne vor Ort aus unserem Hamburger Büro.
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden.
- Du bist zielstrebig und bewahrst in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
- Du bist proaktiv und demonstrierst eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Erfahrung mit Salesforce ist ein Plus.
