Als Consultant Commerce (m/f/x) bist Du ein elementares Mitglied unserer interdisziplinären Projektteams. Du berätst Unternehmen - von Startup bis Konzern - in der Gestaltung ihrer digitalen Transformation durch Innovationen mit Hilfe von Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud bis hin zum Order Management System. Ob B2B oder B2C - Du unterstützt Unternehmen verschiedenster Branchen dabei, Geschäftsprozesse schlanker, digitaler und effizienter zu gestalten und hast damit einen nachhaltig positiven Impact auf das tägliche Business unserer Kund:innen.
Aufgaben- Kooperiere mit den Kund:innen, analysiere Use Cases und entwirf neue Zielprozesse
- Arbeite eng mit den Kund:innen zusammen und verantworte die Anforderungsaufnahme
- Biete unserer Verkaufsabteilung bei Marketing Scoping-Projekten Unterstützung
- Erstelle Konzepte, breche Anforderungen in Epics, Features und User Stories runter und definiere funktionale und nicht-funktionale Abnahmekriterien
- Berate Kund:innen bei der Auswahl von Lösungen, führe Machbarkeitsstudien durch und definiere MVPs für die Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud oder das Order Management System
- Wirke an der Implementierung der Commerce Cloud, der Experience Cloud und des Order Management Systems in andere Salesforce-Clouds mit
- Schule und betreue unsere Kund:innen nach Projektabschluss
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst, Consultant oder Product Owner im Aufbau und Betrieb von cloudbasierten Commerce oder CMS Lösungen
- Fundierte Salesforce Erfahrung (Pluspunkt: Zertifizierungen für Salesforce Commerce Cloud (nativ), Experience Cloud, OMS, Service Cloud)
- Ganzheitliches, kundenzentriertes Verständnis für die Prozesse und Herausforderungen von Unternehmen im Bereich E-Commerce
- Commerce-Passionist und stets informiert zu aktuellen Themen und neuen Trends im Online Handel
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Use Cases, Prototyping, Story Mapping o. Ä.
- IT-Affinität und Know-How in SaaS, Datenbanken, PIM, DAM, ERP Integrationen und Commerce Lösungen
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch sowie projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im (agilen) Projektmanagement und in IT-Implementierungen
- HTML, CSS oder sonstige Programmierkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
