Simpleprax wurde 2021 gegründet, um dem Papierkrieg im Gesundheitsbereich ein Ende zu bereiten. Medizinische Daten sollen nutz- und auswertbar gemacht machen und Prozesse in medizinischen Einrichtungen gleichzeitig optimiert werden. Jährlich füllen bereits über eine halbe Millionen Patienten Formulare digital aus.

Aufgaben

Als Founders Associate arbeitest du eng mit unserer Co-Founderin & CEO, Antonia Saleh, zusammen und unterstützen sie bei einer Vielzahl von strategischen und operativen Aufgaben. Als ihr engster Verbündeter wirst du das Wachstum des Unternehmens als Co-Pilot unterstützen und ihr den Rücken freihalten, wo immer du kannst. Du gewinnst ein tiefes Verständnis für die Führung eines wachstumsstarken Start-ups wie Simpleprax und gestalten den Erfolg des Unternehmens aktiv mit.

Dein Arbeitsalltag:

  • Du unterstützt die Co-Founderin & CEO bei der Führung des Unternehmens und entwickelst dich zum operativen Rückgrat des Unternehmens.
  • Du agierst als rechte Hand der Co-Founderin & CEO bei Treffen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern wie Kunden, akademischen und industriellen Partnern, Beratern und Bewerbern.
  • Du repräsentierst Simpleprax und setzt dich für die Digitalisierung und Standardisierung von Patientendatenerhebung ein.
  • Du leitest und koordinierst Projekte und stellst sicher, dass sie pünktlich und innerhalb des Budgets abgeschlossen werden.
  • Beaufsichtigung des reibungslosen Ablaufs der täglichen Geschäftsaktivitäten.
Qualifikation
  • Studienabschluss in Wirtschaft, Management oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Start-up-Umfeld.
  • Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Multitasking.
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Liebe zum Detail.
  • Fähigkeit, unabhängig zu arbeiten und Initiative zu ergreifen.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
