Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Business Unit Lead (m/w/d) für den Bereich Managed Services für einen unserer Kunden.
Unser Kunde ist ein IT-Unternehmen mit ca. 400 Mitarbeitern und bezeichnet sich als ganzheitlichen Solution Provider für große und mittelständige Unternehmen. Das Know-how reicht von Virtual Data Center, Cloud Native/ DevOps, Cloud-Security, Networking, sowie Hyperscaler bis hin zu Big Data Analytics und Development. Man arbeitet überwiegend mit top-of-the-notch Technologien.
AufgabenDu übernimmst in deiner Rolle als Business Unit Lead die strategische Ausrichtung der Managed Services Business Unit und bist für die Kalkulationen der angebotenen Services zuständig. Du gestaltest aktiv die Presales-Phase mit Vertriebsmitarbeiten mit und unterstützt die Gruppen Leads im Tagesgeschäft wie z.b. bei der Organisation der Rufbereitschaften. Definition von Best Practices nach ITIL, Anpassungen notwendiger Prozesse mit ISO-Verständnis sowie die Qualitätssicherung für definierte Dokumentationsstandards sind ebenso Teil deiner Aufgabe.
Die Unit besteht aktuell aus 12 Mitarbeiten, davon 4 im Ausland. Du berichtest direkt an den COO und betreust mit der Managed Services Unit in Zukunft eine fast dreistellige Anzahl an Kunden. Um den wachsenden Kundenstamm gerecht zu werden, ist die Unit natürlich auch am Wachsen und wird aktuell größer.
QualifikationDafür solltest du Erfahrung in der Führung von größeren Teams oder einer Business Unit mitbringen und dich im Bereich Managed Services bestens auskennen. ITIL-Wissen ist eine Grundvoraussetzung, nice-to-have sind Kenntisse mit Jira, Confluence und ein ISO-Verständnis.
