(Senior) Project Manager (m/w/d)

beim Entrepreneur und Marktführer im Brand and Shopper Activation Marketing im Herzen von Hamburg Harvestehude oder Berlin.

caspar company entwickelt und realisiert seit über 15 Jahren erfolgreiche Promotion-Aktionen für namhafte Markenartikelunternehmen der FMCG-Branche, darunter u.a. Couponing, Direktzugaben, Multibuy-Incentives, Glückscode und money back.

Aufgaben
  • Du betreust selbständig mehrere Kunden und verhandelst regelmäßig mit Partnern auf Entscheider-Ebene.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die gesamte Projektkoordination und managst selbständig alle Projektstufen von der Konzeption über die Vertragsgestaltung und Freigabe bis hin zum post-processing im Hinblick auf Trends, neue Märkte und Segmente.
  • Außerdem akquirierst du neue Kunden und Projekte und entwickelst in diesem Zusammenhang neue Marketingmaßnahmen und setzt diese um.
Qualifikation
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium / Ausbildung im Bereich BWL/ Marketing
  • zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Project Management auf Agenturseite
  • oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und den vollen Enthusiasmus und das Feuer
  • Organisationstalent, Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsgeschick, dazu ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung und ein Gespür für Trends und Marktveränderungen
  • sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine „hands-on-Mentalität“ sowie Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sind Deine DNS
