Warum SUSHI BIKES?

SUSHI BIKES wurde 2019 von Andy Weinzierl gegründet.
Seitdem wurden über 28.000 Fahrräder auf die Straßen von Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz und Niederlande gebracht. Und das alles mit einem großen Ziel:
Mehr Menschen auf's Bike zu bekommen. Wir glauben daran, dass die Elektrifizierung von Fahrrädern eine riesige Chance ist, Autos aus den Städten zu verdrängen.
Wir setzen auf bezahlbare, leichte E-Bikes, die einen Lifestyle verkörpern. Und davon kannst du Teil werden

Du hast Lust, Verantwortung für unsere neuen Bikes und After-Sales Produkte sowie unser Qualitätsmanagement inkl. Servicepartnermanagement zu übernehmen? Dann suchen wir dich

Und was bedeutet das nun genau?
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Qualitätskontrollen von der Produktionsstätte bis hin zur Endauslieferung
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Produktionsstätte bei der Definition und Klärung von Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Risikoanalysen sind für dich ein Kinderspiel
  • Du kennst dich mit Qualitätsmanagement, Testings und Reporting aus
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Produktionsstätte bei allen relevanten Fragen rund um die Qualitätssicherung
  • Du arbeitest sehr eng mit unserer Produktentwicklung zusammen und steigst bereits ab der Product Launch Phase mit ein
  • Du führst eigenständige Qualitätskontrollen an unseren Bikes entlang der Supply Chain durch
  • Du analysierst regelmäßig unsere Reklamationsfälle und identifizierst Schwachstellen und Optimierungspotentiale
  • Das Sichten und Aufbereiten von Gewährleistungsansprüchen ist für dich kein Thema
  • Du bist, gemeinsam mit einem Kollegen, für alle neuen Bike- und After-Sales Entwicklungen verantwortlich
  • Du koordinierst Entwicklungsaufträge und Produktionsanläufe mit internationalen Lieferanten
  • Du pflegst unsere Servicepartner und versorgst sie mit Informationen
  • Keine Sorge - ein Product Manager unterstützt bei allen Bike-Product-Themen und arbeitet mit dir zusammen

  • Du hast einen Führerschein und Fahrerfahrung für Lieferwägen

  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Bereitschaft, mindestens 3 Tage pro Woche im Münchner Office zu arbeiten
