Für unsere Mandantin, eine deutsche Microsoft Gold Unternehmensberatung, mit Standorten in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz, suchen wir aktuell nach einem erfahrenen Consultant Microsoft Client Management, der sich in der Beratung zu Hause fühlt und auf dem Markt von der Kundschaft geschätzt und anerkannt wird.

Aufgaben

Als Consultant Microsoft Client Management werden folgende Herausforderungen auf dich zukommen:

1. Ganzheitliche Beratung:

  • Verantwortung für die ganzheitliche Beratung rund um das Thema "Arbeitsplatz der Zukunft" im Bereich Microsoft Client Management
  • Analyse der aktuellen Situation und Entwicklung von Konzepten zur Optimierung des Arbeitsplatzes

2. Anforderungsanalysen und Konzeptionen:

  • Erarbeitung von Anforderungsanalysen und Konzeptionen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden
  • Identifizierung von Anforderungen und Bedürfnissen der Kunden und Ableitung entsprechender Lösungsansätze

3. Beratung und Unterstützung:

  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Planung bis hin zur Implementierung von Lösungen im Microsoft Client Management
  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Umsetzung der geplanten Maßnahmen

4. Projektverantwortung:

  • Fachliche und technische Verantwortung für verschiedenste Kundenprojekte im Bereich Microsoft Client Management
  • Gewährleistung der termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Umsetzung der Projekte

5. Deployment mobiler Endgeräte:

  • Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung des Deployments mobiler Endgeräte
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Konfiguration und Integration der Endgeräte in die bestehende Infrastruktur

6. Kundenbetreuung:

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kunden, um deren Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anzubieten
  • Gewährleistung eines hohen Kundenservice und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
Qualifikation

Für diese anspruchsvolle Herausforderung ist es wichtig, dass du umfassende Erfahrung und Qualifikationen in folgenden Bereichen mitbringst:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft Infrastruktur, bevorzugt mit Microsoft 365 oder Azure
  • Kenntnisse im Microsoft Client Management, einschließlich Erfahrungen mit Plattformen wie Microsoft Intune, SCCM oder ähnlichen Lösungen
  • Selbstorganisiertes Arbeiten mit einem hohen Maß an Flexibilität und grundsätzlicher Reisebereitschaft
  • Offenheit für Neues und Freude an der eigenen Weiterentwicklung
  • Beitrag zu einer offenen und wertschätzenden Feedback-Kultur sowie Offenheit für Vorschläge anderer
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
