Dein Aufgabengebiet
  • Planung und Durchführung der Einführung neuer Produkte am Standort
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Auftraggeber
  • Projektmanagement von der Einführung des Projektes über die Aufgabenverteilung bis zur Durchführung
  • Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Abteilungen (MSAT, Production, Sales)
  • Definition der Projektziele und Meilensteine sowie Auswertung des Projektverlaufs
  • Beurteilung von Projektrisiken und Risikominderungsstrategien
  • Unterstützung bei der Kostenaufstellung und Budgetüberwachung
  • Erstellung und Einleitung von Maßnahmen im Falle einer Gefährdung der Time Line
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zu internen/externen Stakeholdern zur GMP-konformen Produkteinführung
Dein Hintergrund
  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium, beispielsweise in den Bereichen Chemie, Biologie, Pharmazie oder Verfahrenstechnik
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement in der (bio)pharmazeutischen oder angrenzenden Industrien (Medizintechnik, FMCG, Kosmetik etc.)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im sterilen Umfeld
  • Kommunikationsstark, Teamorientiert und Problemlösungsorientiert
  • Sicheres Auftreten als Face to the Customer
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
