Ihre Aufgaben

Für die Digitale Transformation

  • Entwicklung von standardisierten Dashboards unter Einbezug der Tools der Microsoft Power Platform
  • Unterstützung unserer Projektteams bei der Einführung und der Umsetzung von Remote Monitoring, Management & Verification (RMMV) Aufgaben
  • Einrichtung von individuellen Reporting Pages/Dashboards auf Basis von MS-SharePoint
  • Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung von unternehmensweiten Prozessen und Strukturen

Für die IT-Administration

  • Betreuung von on-Premise Servern (VMWare, Windows und Unix)
  • Verwaltung der Netze und der Telefonanlage
  • Einspielen von Updates bestimmter Serveranwendungen
  • Management der lokalen sowie der Microsoft 365 Infrastruktur
  • Weiterentwicklung der IT-Sicherheits-MaßnahmenAnwenderunterstützung und Client-PC-Verwaltung
  • Anwenderunterstützung und Client-PC-Verwaltung
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich der digitalen Transformation unter Einbezug der Microsoft Power Platform Anwendungen (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents)
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen wie Office365, v.a. Microsoft SharePoint und MS Teams
  • Kommunikationsfreude, Hilfsbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit, und Organisationstalent
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Erfahrungen als IT-Administrator sind wünschenswert
