Unsere Projektmanager*innen decken ein breites Spektrum an Aufgaben ab. Dazu gehören operative Aufgaben (Sprintplanung, Arbeit mit Jira, Testing, Erstellen von Rechnungen) ebenso wie komplexe Management Tasks: Du bist verantwortlich für Stakeholder-Management, Projekt-Monitoring und Controlling, Requirements-Management, das Führen von internationalen Teams und vieles mehr. Es ist die Vielschichtigkeit unserer Projektmanager*innen und die Verbindung von starken sozialen Skills mit hohem technologischem Know-how, die uns auszeichnet.
Aufgaben- Du betreust Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen, deren E-commerce-Plattformen wir entwickeln und betreuen.
- Du bist unsere Schnittstelle zum Kunden. Anforderungen, ob Bug Reports oder Feature-Requests, gehen über Deinen Tisch.
- Du arbeitest mit Deinen Kunden an Konzepten und sorgst dafür, dass die Anforderungen für die Design- und Development-Teams verständlich und in realistische Arbeitspakete aufgeteilt sind.
- Du berätst, bist erreichbar und unterstützt, kurz: Du bist die wichtigste Ansprechperson Deiner Kunden. Du kennst die Applikationen. Deswegen kommt es auf Dich an: Was können wir noch besser machen? Wie können wir unsere Kunden noch erfolgreicher machen? Bring Deine Ideen ein.
- Anforderungen und Budgets steuerst Du mit JIRA. Ideal wäre, wenn Du damit schon mal gearbeitet hast. Wenn nicht, solltest Du Erfahrung mit vergleichbaren Software Tools vorweisen können.
- Mindestens drei Jahre nachweisbare Erfahrung als Projektmanager*in mit komplexen Software-Projekten
- Erfahrung im Führen von Entwickler Teams, eine offene Persönlichkeit und starke Kommunikation
- Organisationstalent und analytische Fähigkeiten - Du schaffst klare Strukturen und bist in der Lage, gezielte Analysen zu erstellen
- Solides technologisches Know-how, keine Entwicklungserfahrung erforderlich
- Praktische Erfahrung im Agile Project Management
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
