Als Clinical Solutions Manager (m/w/d) trägst Du zur Positionierung und geschäftlichen Entwicklung von PGXperts, der führenden IT-Anwendung für Personalisiertes Medikationsmanagement, in Krankenhaus-umgebungen bei. Deine tägliche Arbeit beinhaltet die Pflege von Beziehungen zu Leads und Kunden sowie die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer Projekte in Krankenhäusern. Zusätzlich leitest du Schulungen und Workshops, um verschiedenen Stakeholdern die Bedeutung der Personalisierten Medizin näherzubringen.
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Go-to-Market Strategien von PGXperts in Krankenhäusern
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern im Krankenhaus
- Leitung von Projekten zur Implementierung von PGXperts in Krankenhäusern, einschließlich Zeitplanung, Ressourcen-allokation und Überwachung des Fortschritts
- Internes und externes Projektcontrolling
- Etablierung strategischer Partnerschaften im Krankenhausumfeld
- Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen, Workshops und Präsentationen für medizinisches Fachpersonal, um die Vorteile von PGXperts zu vermitteln
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen, um Einblicke in Trends, Wettbewerber und potenzielle Chancen für PGXperts bei Krankenhäusern zu gewinnen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Ingenieurs-wissenschaft, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Bereich Software as a Medical Device (unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen der EN ISO 13485)
- Nachweisbare Vertriebserfolge, insbesondere im Krankenhausumfeld
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Geschäftsbeziehungen zu Krankenhäusern, Hersteller von Krankenhaus IT-Systemen und/oder Krankenhauseinkaufsgemeinschaften
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
