Tasks- Subject matter experts. Product managers are acutely aware of the quality standards that our customers expect and that are required to fulfil the product vision and strategic goals. As a result, they have a good awareness of what works in other products and similar or relevant experiences, as well as what works effectively at Squalify
- In view at any time. Product managers demonstrate backbone and determination. They speak up constructively when they believe something is wrong, and they constantly push the business to follow the product strategy and the demand within the market
- Communicators. When speaking about their product to a wide range of stakeholders (e.g., leadership and developers), Product Managers are visible, clear, informed, and competent. They have developed a clear product vision as well as a strategy for putting that goal into action. They manage their stakeholders continuously by keeping them informed and getting their opinions and requirements
- Owners. Product managers are responsible for the product's success and the achievement of the organization's goals for the whole product lifecycle. They establish the right KPIs to measure and assess the customer experience in collaboration with company leaders and key stakeholders.
- Subject matter experts. Product managers are acutely aware of the quality standards that our customers expect and that are required to fulfill the product vision and strategic goals. As a result, they have a good awareness of what works in other products and similar or relevant experiences, as well as what works effectively at Squalify
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a university, professional college or similar
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in Product Development, spanning the entire lifecycle from first idea to shipping product, used by 10,000+ customers, OR 5-7 years of work in adjacent areas such as Customer Service, Operations, Quality, and so on
- Experienced with SaaS and/or managed service is welcome
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct a team of people from various backgrounds, working in an agile framework. The chosen candidate will have a proven track record of motivating and uniting software development, IT operations, UX, design, marketing, and executive stakeholders in the creation of a shared vision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required to educate and persuade internal stakeholders as well as extract meaningful results from customer encounters and User Research. German is a plus
- Solid organisation and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage incoming product requests and feedback, as well as turn ideas, requirements, and so on into actionable stories and epochs that their team can use.
- Demonstrated aptitude for mathematics and analysis. You have experience establishing KPIs and collaborating with Senior Management and Finance to develop a case for new work or to situate a roadmap within the context of the budget and operational business management
