BEZ TRANSFORMATORY's history in the transformer industry dates back approximately 100 years. Production began in our Bratislava-based factory in 1902, and we have manufactured and installed over 230,000 transformers in the last 40 years.
Tasks- This is a full-time on-site or hybrid role for a Sales Director. As a Sales Director at BEZ TRANSFORMÁTORY, you will be responsible for
- Leading sales operations
- Driving business development
- Overseeing team management
- Developing sales strategies
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Supervising sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets
- Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development skills
- Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management
- Team Management and Leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the energy or manufacturing, Transformers industry
- Master's degree in High Voltage, Electro, or related field
