Wir suchen Dich als Finance Controller zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt
medical magnesium entwickelt metallische bioabsorbierbare Implantate für die orthopädische und unfallchirurgische operative Therapie. Die Implantate sind mechanisch belastbar und werden nach der Frakturheilung vom Körper physiologisch abgebaut. Eine zweite Operation zur Entfernung der Implantate ist nicht notwendig. Das gesamte Team arbeitet auf das Ziel hin, Patienten und Anwendern mit hochqualitativen Produkten zu versorgen. Wir sind immer auf der Suche nach Menschen, die unsere Faszination von Innovation und Technologie teilen.
Aufgaben- Du verantwortest die Erstellung von Finanzberichten und Analysen zur finanziellen Leistung.
- Du koordinierst die Budgetierung und das Forecasting zur Entwicklung finanzieller Ziele und Prognosen.
- Du überwachst und analysierst unsere finanziellen KPI
- Du koordinierst die Buchhaltung, einschließlich Bearbeitung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Rechnungskontierung.
- Du kümmerst dich um die Abrechnung von Forschungsprojekten und verwaltest die damit verbundenen Finanzmittel.
- Du bist in Kommunikation mit dem Steuerberater zur Vorbereitung von Steuererklärungen und Jahresabschlüssen involviert.
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance oder alternativ relevante Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich.
- Wünschenswert: 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanz- oder Controlling-Branche, optional Vorkenntnisse in der Abrechnung von Förderprojekten (ZIM, BMBF usw.).
- Du besitzt starke analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Finanzdaten zu interpretieren.
- Vertrautheit mit den Grundsätzen der Rechnungslegung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Buchhaltungssoftware und Excel.
- Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit ermöglicht es, komplexe finanzielle Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln.
