Der Bereich Controlling & Corporate Development ist die zentrale Schaltstelle im Unternehmen und Bindeglied zwischen den operativen Einheiten, unseren Competence Centern und dem Vorstand. Ihre Aufgaben:- Sie verantworten (Teil-)Bereiche im konzernweiten Planungsprozess und analysieren betriebswirtschaftliche Entwicklungen, erstellen laufende Reportings und führen finanzwirtschaftliche Analysen durch.
- Sie erstellen regelmäßig Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen.
- Sie unterstützen bei der technischen Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Instrumenten und -prozessen.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Asset- und Investment-Teams zusammen und berichten an Vorstand, Aufsichtsrat und weitere Stakeholder.
- Hochschulstudium (Master / Diplom) der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Gerne mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, M&A, Finance & Accounting.
- Sie überzeugen mit analytischem und konzeptionellem Denkvermögen sowie Ihren kommunikativen Stärken. Ein hohes Maß an pragmatischer Umsetzungsorientierung sowie selbständige und strukturierte Erarbeitung von Vorgehensweisen und Lösungen sind dabei selbstverständlich für Sie.
- Sie sind IT-affin, haben erste Erfahrung mit datenbankbasierten Softwarelösungen und/oder ERP-Systemen und besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Excel und PowerPoint.
- Kenntnisse nationaler und internationaler Rechnungslegung sowie Kenntnisse organisatorischer und betriebswirtschaftlicher Prozesse und Zusammenhänge, insbesondere in den Bereichen Controlling, Finanzen / Rechnungswesen sind wünschenswert.
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
