Unser Partner gehört zu den erfolgreichsten FinTech Scale-Ups in Deutschland und entwickelt spannende Softwareprodukte für den europäischen Automotive Sektor. Für eines der 4 Entwicklerteams wird derzeit ein erfahrener Tech Lead (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf JavaScript & Node.js gesucht - on site in Köln oder flexibel aus dem Homeoffice.

Aufgaben
  • technische Leitung im Data Analytics Team
  • hands-on Mentalität sowie visionäres Vorantreiben neuer Ideen
  • Neu- und Weiterentwicklung der Softwareprodukte in den Bereichen Payment, Core Product, Architecture oder Special Applications
  • Zusammenarbeit in crossfunktionalen Teams mit Frontend Devs (Vue.js) und Product Ownern
  • Planung und Realisierung neuer Features im Bereich Multichannel-Paymentsolutions (z.Bsp.: Forderungsmanagement, Finanzbuchhaltung, Rechnungsstellung, Mahnwesen uvm.)
  • Mentoring für andere Teammitglieder und zukünftig diziplinarische Führung
  • regelmäßiges Bugfixing und Testing der bestehenden Plattform Features
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen mit JavaScript, Node.js, Microservices, APIs und Datenbanken
  • tiefes Verständis von der Verarbeitung großer Datenmengen
  • sicherer Umgang in der Einrichtung und Verwaltung von CI/CD Pipelines
  • erste Frontendkenntnisse (Vue.js) sind ein Plus
  • hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Problemlösermentalität und Lösungsorientierung
  • Freude am Einbringen neuer Ideen
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
