Aufgaben
  • Überwachung der Qualität der Arbeit gemäß den Anforderungen des Kunden
  • Baumanagement im Bauingenieurwesen und in der Telekommunikationstechnik
  • Koordination der Arbeiter und Teams, Terminplanung und Einhaltung
  • Planung und Überwachung von Subunternehmern
  • Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle erforderlichen Genehmigungen der Behörden rechtzeitig vorliegen
  • Mitwirkung und Kontrolle bei der Projektbudgetplanung
  • Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Projektumsetzung mit dem genehmigten Geschäftsplan übereinstimmt
  • Erstellung eines Arbeitsplans sowie Koordination und Planung der Ressourcen in der Projektumsetzungsphase
  • Planung und Terminierung von Projektterminen
  • Koordination der Arbeit des Projektbüros und der Bauabteilung innerhalb des Unternehmens
  • Einhaltung aller Vorschriften und Anweisungen im Bereich betrieblicher HSAls zentraler Ansprechpartner für das Projektmanagement des Kunden fungieren
  • Regelmäßige wöchentliche und monatliche Berichterstattung über den Projektstatus.
Qualifikation

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise in der Telekommunikationsbranche oder im Bauingenieurwesen

Relevanter technischer Hintergrund

Fließend Deutsch und solides Englisch

Teamfähigkeit, Führungsqualitäten, Kostenbewusstsein und

Ökonomisches Denken
