d-log hat sich schnell zum deutschen Innovationsführer in allen Fragen „rund um die Logistik“ entwickelt und versteht sich als Erfinder der Logistik als Marketing- und Vertriebsinstrument. Aufgrund unseres rasanten Wachstums suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres operativen Bereich in Essen.

Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Operative Verantwortung für Schichten und Personal
  • Definition und Bewertung von logistischen Prozessen und Abläufen- Führung, Steuerung und Einsatzplanung des Personals
  • Bildung der Schnittstelle zu unseren Kunden
  • Sie gewährleisten die Entwicklung der Servicestandards sowie die Einhaltung der KPIs / SLAs.
Qualifikation

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Logistik oder Supply-Chain- Management oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position innerhalb eines E-Commerce Unternehmens und / oder Logistik Unternehmens
  • Hervorragendes Grundverständnis in Bezug auf logistische Prozesse und Abläufe sowie ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit, Zahlenaffinität und eine eigenständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungskraft und Überzeugungsvermögen sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und Motivation
  • Ausgeprägte IT Erfahrung, Umgang mit Lagerverwaltungsystemen und/oder ERP-Systemen und Workflow-Tools
