By bridging the gap between technical expertise and business strategy, you’ll lead the charge in optimizing processes, enhancing decision-making, and delivering measurable impact across our global brands.

Tasks
  • Drive Data Solutions: Design and implement digital tools and analytics to optimize supply chain processes and decision-making.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align priorities, translate needs into technical requirements, and deliver impactful results.
  • Lead Projects: Oversee analytics initiatives from start to finish, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Build Data-Driven Insights: Develop and manage machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Mentor and Support Teams: Guide junior team members, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Ensure Adoption: Promote the use of digital tools and data-driven insights, ensuring seamless integration into supply chain operations.
  • Measure Impact: Focus on delivering quantifiable improvements in cost savings, inventory management, forecast accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: 3-5 years in project management, data science, or supply chain management, with expertise in programming and agile workflows.
  • Technical Proficiency (Desirable): Experience with Python, R, SQL, data visualization tools, cloud technologies, and machine learning frameworks.
  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in a technical or analytical field (preferred).
  • Strategic Project Management: Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, deliver business impact, and drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for turning complex data into actionable insights and user-centered solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, influencing and driving change.
