  • Product Genius (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
  • Sie begeistern unsere Kunden für die unterschiedlichen Produkte der vielfältigen Stellantis Markenwelt.
  • Im Dialog mit dem Kunden gehen Sie auf dessen Wünsche und Bedürfnisse ein, unterstützen bei der Fahrzeugkonfiguration und führen Probefahrten durch.
  • Sie steigern durch Ihren kompetenten und persönlichen Auftritt die Kundenzufriedenheit.
  • Sie übernehmen Fahrzeugauslieferungen und stellen die damit einhergehenden Prozessabläufe sicher.
  • Sie unterstützen unsere Verkaufsberater in administrativen Tätigkeiten und dienen als Schnittstelle zu übergreifenden Unternehmensbereichen, wie bspw. Disposition.
  • Sie zeigen sich verantwortlich für die Organisation der Fahrzeugausstellung vor Ort, sowie die Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Messen und Events.
Qualifikation
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Automobilbereich von Vorteil
  • Gerne auch Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) aus anderen Branchen
  • Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche wünschenswert
  • Interesse am Umgang mit Kunden, hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässige sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilitätsbereitschaft
