DIRECTOR OF SALES - Catering Healthcare & Senior Living (m/w/d) /Remote

Aufgaben
  • Führung des Vertriebsteams im Health Care Sektor und Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Vertriebsziele
  • Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien und -plänen zur Steigerung des Umsatzes
  • Analyse von Markt- und Kundenbedürfnissen sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftschancen
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu potenziellen und bestehenden Kunden
  • Erstellung von Verkaufsprognosen, Vertriebsbudgets und Reports für die Geschäftsleitung
Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in einer Führungsposition
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Kontakte im Health Care Bereich (Krankenhäuser & Seniorenheime)
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Vertriebsprozessen und -systemen
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Teamorientierung
  • sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
