Business Analyst Financial Services (m/w/d) - Quereinstieg mit Berufserfahrung Bank

Aufgaben

Spannende Aufgaben erwarten Sie

  • Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Implementierung von Kundenlösungen im Bereich Bankenregulatorik und Risikomanagement
  • Analyse von komplexen regulatorischen Anforderungen in verschiedenen Themen wie Credit Risk, MarketRisk, Nachhaltigkeitsrisiken
  • Konzeption von IT - Schnittstellen und Koordination sowie Abstimmung zwischen Fachbereichen und IT
  • Sie steigen bei uns direkt in ein interessantes Projektumfeld ein
  • Begleitet werden Sie dabei von erfahrenen Kollegen aus unserem Team, die sich auf die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ihnen freuen
Qualifikation

Sie zeichnet aus

  • Eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung oder langjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche. Idealer Weise Tätigkeit im Backoffice z.B. in der Marktfolge Kredit, im Handel oder im IT-Bereich. Alternativ auch als Kundenbetreuer/in im Firmen- oder Privatkundenbereich.
  • Überzeugungsvermögen, aber auch Integrations- und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Interesse an den Finanzmärkten und Finanzmarktprodukten
  • Teamgeist und viel Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Ein gewinnendes und professionelles Auftreten
