Ciao a tutti At Bridgemaker, we are active in the areas of founding new corporate ventures and building businesses. This means that we establish innovative ventures in collaboration with corporate partners and also develop new business models within their core business. We also focus on optimizing existing business models and tapping into new sources of income. We support our partners in refining their strategic planning and strengthening the implementation of their business strategy.
We are based in Berlin, but of course we’re building bridges internationally This gives you the exciting opportunity to join us for an internship as Junior Venture Architect (m/f/d) with a focus on the Italian market This means that you will work with our cross-functional Berlin team and also regularly embark on client visits in Italy.
Das bringst Du mit- Currently in your Bachelor's or Master's degree program or have just completed it
- Initial experience through an internship in management consulting or in the start-up sector
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on attitude
- Confident communication skills - both internally and externally
- Team-oriented and proactive
- Ability to question the status quo
- Readiness to travel internationally
- Availability of at least 3 months, preferably longer :)
- You have a native-like command of Italian and very good English skills. German could be a plus but no requirement.
- You support one or multiple of our projects in the various phases of the innovation process.
- You identify, assess and prioritize business ideas, models and markets.
- You identify market trends, taking into account disruptive technologies.
- You conduct market and competition analyses as well as interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- You support the development of prototypes.
- You confidently communicate findings and presentations to our stakeholders in Italy.
- You conceptualize and validate market entry strategies and develop business cases for new or existing business models.
- You prepare for scaling and develop automation and expansion strategies.
