...Senior Produktmanager? Du lebst Produktverantwortung, indem Du bei allem was Du tust den Endnutzer in den Mittelpunkt stellst, seine Bedürfnisse herausfindest und methodisch vorgehst. Du entwickelst auf Basis der Produktstrategie Problemstellungen für Ihren Produktbereich und findest mit Deinem Team über Product Discovery die richtige Lösung - unter Einbeziehung des Nutzers.

Du ergänzt unser Produktteam mit Best-Practice-Methoden des Produktmanagements und bringst dich aktiv mit Vorschlägen zu Methoden, Tools und Arbeitsweisen in das Team ein. Du unterstützt unsere funktionsübergreifenden Produktteams, bestehend aus Entwicklern und Produktdesignern, unterstützt durch das Data-Team.

Gemeinsam verbessern wir das Gesundheitssystem - Deine Aufgaben
  • Verantwortlich für unsere B2B- oder B2B2C-Produkte
  • Unterstützung bei der Entscheidung, was gebaut werden soll und Entwicklung einer vernünftigen und kommunizierbaren MVP-Definition für neue Features
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Roadmap, um diese für alle Beteiligten transparent zu machen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem engagierten und funktionsübergreifenden Produktteam (bestehend aus Softwareentwicklern, UX/UI-Designern und QA), um Produktideen von der Entwicklung bis zur Auslieferung voranzutreiben, unter Verwendung von Best Practices wie Methoden wie Shape Up und Big-Data-Analysen
  • Erfahrung hinsichtlich der Bedürfnisse von Nutzern und enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem UX-Designer
  • Du weißt jederzeit, wie es um unser Produkt bestellt ist, indem du Metriken definierst und gemeinsam mit dem Data-Team implementierst/entwickelst
  • Marktbeobachtung und -analyse sowie konsequente branchen- und wettbewerbsspezifische Bewertung der Produktfähigkeiten
  • Sammeln, analysieren und bewerten von Feedback von Nutzern (Patienten), internen und externen Stakeholdern, um daraus Anforderungen abzuleiten, die du in einem priorisierten Backlog definierst
  • Teile Deine Produktmanagement-Expertise, die du regelmäßig über Blogs/Meetups ergänzt, mit Deinen Kollegen
Du begeisterst uns - Dein Profil
  • Umfassende Erfahrung mit B2B SaaS
  • Breiter eHealth-Hintergrund, vorzugsweise im Krankenhausbereich mit technischen Grundkenntnissen (Schnittstellen)
  • Vertrautheit mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich) in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Pragmatischer Optimist: Du denkt immer über Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung unserer Prozesse nach und weißt wie diese zu priorisieren und in kleinen Schritten zu erreichen
  • Du gibst konstruktives Feedback zu Prozessen, bringst deine eigenen Erfahrungen ein, kannst aber auch mit Rückschlägen umgehen
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der effektiven Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern, die sehr unterschiedliche Interessen vertreten
  • Mit deinem positiven, aufgeschlossenen, zupackenden Persönlichkeit und deiner problemlösungsorientierten Einstellung motivierst du die Menschen um dich herum
