Wir suchen einen Full-Stack Developer (auch vorstellbar als Co-Founder mit Anteilen am Unternehmen).

Wir sind myFash ein junges Start-Up aus Hamburg und entwickeln eine Social-Fashion App.

Unser Mission ist es, für die Shopper aus der schier unendlichen Anzahl an Marken, Kleidungsstücken und Outfit-Kombinationen, nur die besten, passendsten und wünschenswertesten herauszusuchen und vorzuschlagen, um ihnen die bestmögliche und reuefreie Kaufentscheidung zu ermöglichen.

Unsere Vision ist es, uns als Startpunkt für Fashion zu etablieren.

Unser nächster Meilenstein:

  • Wir haben bereits erfolgreich einen Prototypen am Markt veröffentlicht und sind aktuell dabei, eine weitere Finanzierungsrunde abzuschließen, um die App-Entwicklung In-House zu gestalten und unsere Plattform weiter auszubauen.
Aufgaben
  • Direkte Mitwirkung und Mitgestaltung am Produkt (App)
  • Entwicklung der technischen Aspekte der Unternehmensstrategie, um die Übereinstimmung mit den Geschäftszielen sicherzustellen
  • Entdeckung und Einführung von neuen Technologien, die einen Wettbewerbsvorteil bieten
  • Beaufsichtigung der Systeminfrastruktur, um die Funktionsfähigkeit und Effizienz zu gewährleisten
  • Entwicklung von Qualitätssicherungs- und Datenschutzprozessen
  • Überwachung von KPIs, um die technologische Leistung zu beurteilen
  • Nutzung des Feedbacks von Interessenvertretern, um notwendige Verbesserungen und Anpassungen der Technologie mitzuteilen
Qualifikation
  • Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung als Full-Stack Developer (Projekte, Kunden, Erfahrungen) 

Aktuell ist das Back-End auf Ruby-on-Rails und NodeJS und das Front-End mit ReAct Native gebaut.

  • Kenntnis technologischer Trends zum Strategieaufbau
  • Fähigkeit, technologische Analysen und Forschungen durchzuführen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Führungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Strategisches Denken
  • Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Motivation - Konsequentes Engagement erforderlich, um Außergewöhnliches zu erreichen
  • Lernwilligkeit - Kontinuierliches Lernen und Wachsen, um große Herausforderungen zu bewältigen
