Das DMRZ ist ein dynamisches Unternehmen mit flachen Hierarchien und bietet im wachstumsstarken Cloud-Markt innovative IT- & Kommunikationslösungen für Geschäftskunden an. Wir verstehen uns als Anbieter, Betreiber sowie Distributor von Cloud- und Rechenzentrumslösungen. Neben der indirekten Vermarktung kümmern wir uns um einen reibungslosen Betrieb der Infrastrukturen in unseren angeschlossenen Rechenzentren. Gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern (u.a. IT-Dienstleister, Systemhäuser, Service Provider, Telekommunikationsanbieter, ISVs, etc.) setzen wir moderne und leistungsfähige Cloudtechnologien um.

Aufgaben

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Mitarbeiter/in für den technischen und beratenden Vertrieb von unseren IT- & Kommunikationssystemen aus der Cloud (Konzeptionierung, Vertrieb, Beratung und Bereitstellung).

(IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau, ITK-Systemkaufmann/-frau, IT-Berater, Kaufmann/-frau für Bürokommunikation o.ä.)

  • Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Projektplanung, -durchführung und -überwachung
  • Schulen von Mitarbeitern und Kunden
  • Abrechnung von Aufträgen
  • Intensive Kommunikation mit unseren Vorlieferanten
  • Bereitstellung von Telekommunikationssystemen
  • Kunden- und Partnerbetreuung sowie Onboarding
  • Erstellen von Dienstleistungsangeboten für Projekte
Qualifikation
  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Systemkaufmann oder Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation.
  • Sie haben eine gute sprachliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick, sind freundlich und kundenorientiert.
  • Sie arbeiten stets gewissenhaft und termintreu.
