Aufgaben
  • Sie sind als Projektleiter (m/w/d) für Entwicklungsprojekte innovativer mechatronischer Produkte verantwortlich
  • Als Projektleiter haben Sie Time, Spec, Cost, Budget Ihrer Projekte stets im Blick
  • Sie stellen einen kontinuierlichen Informationsaustausch zwischen den projektbeteiligten Fachbereichen sicher
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit den beteiligten Schnittstellen (u.a. Produktmanagement, Produktion, Vertrieb, Einkauf, Qualität) zusammen
  • Sie sind der Projekt-Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Kunden und Zulieferer
  • Sie optimieren stetig die Strukturen und Prozesse im Bereich Projektmanagement
Qualifikation
  • Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Informatik, Physik oder vergleichbares, idealerweise bringen Sie eine Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Projektmanagement (PMI oder IMPA Level B) mit
  • Sie verfügen über fundierte Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement von großen Entwicklungsprojekten mechatronischer Produkte
  • Sie bringen idealerweise Erfahrung und Wissen aus dem Bereich Batteriespeicher, Leistungselektronik oder Ladeinfrastruktur mit
  • Sie haben eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sie finden in kritischen Situationen schnell kreative Lösungen und setzen diese in Ihren Projekten um
  • Sie sind belastbar, haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Spaß daran, sich in komplexe Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Sie verfügen über eine hohe Überzeugungskraft und haben ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
