Unser Empfangsteam im Institut sucht für eine längerfristige Zusammenarbeit ab August eine/n Werkstudent/in.

Aufgaben

▪ Koordination von Termin- und Raumbelegungen (via Outlook)

▪ Empfang von Kunden, Probanden, Mitarbeitenden und Lieferanten im Institut

▪ Betreuung von Kunden im Service- und Cateringbereich, Vorbereitung der Veranstaltungsräume und Einkauf von Untersuchungsmaterialien

▪ Bedienung der Anlagen für z.B. Bild- und Tonaufzeichnungen

▪ Erfassung, Verwaltung und Pflege von Daten und weiteres Office Management

Qualifikation

▪ Erste Berufs- oder Praktikumserfahrung im Service, Empfangs- oder Verwaltungsbereich von Vorteil

▪ Ein freundlicher und dienstleistungsorientierter Umgang (keine Scheu vor dem Telefonieren mit Kunden o.ä.), sowie ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

▪ Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen wie Outlook, Word & Excel

▪ Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeit (eine Kombi aus fest vereinbarte Tage/Zeiten, sowie bei Bedarf gerne auch gelegentliches Vertreten für Kolleginnen im Urlaub)

▪ Spaß am Organisieren und eigenständigen Arbeiten (eigenständige Betreuung des Empfangs nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung) :-)
