ÜBER DIE POSITION

Die Position ist für unser Beratungsgeschäft in Deutschland. Das bedeutet Du wirst Teil eines Teams von über 40 Finance Consultants und arbeitest deutschlandweit für spannende Start-ups und dynamische Mittelstandsunternehmen.

Als Consultant übernimmst Du Projektumsetzungsaufgaben bei unseren Klienten oder begleitest diese interimistisch z.B. als Teamlead Finance oder Controlling. Alleine oder in kleinen Teams bist Du dabei eine wesentliche Stütze in unserer Projektrealisierung und hilfst dabei, unseren Qualitätsanspruch sicherzustellen.

DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH
  • Durchführung von Beratungsprojekten zu Finance und Back-Office Fragestellungen in schnell wachsenden Unternehmen
  • Aufnahme des Istzustands sowie Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten
  • Interimsmanagement: Umsetzung von Projektaufgaben durch Interimsmandate z.B. als Teamlead Finance oder Controlling
  • Tools: Erarbeitung und Implementierung von best-in-class Finance Tools
  • Prozesse: Aufsetzen von schlanken und Best Practice Prozessen in Finance und administrativen Bereichen, z.B. Automatisierungen und Digitalisierungen
  • Arbeit an relevanten Finance Themen, wie z.B. Erstellen eines Business Plans oder Aufsetzen eines Liquiditätsforecasts
  • Review und Optimierung von Schnittstellen zu Stakeholdern, wie z.B. Dienstleistenden, Steuerberatungen und anderen Abteilungen
  • Du schreckst nicht davor zurück auch in der Akquise zu unterstützen und erkennst Opportunitäten in deinen Projekten
  • Ausbau der unternehmensinternen Dokumentationsplattform

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Mathematik o.ä. ist ein nice to have, kein must have
  • Du hast mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, z.B. als Teamlead Finance oder Controlling, vorzugsweise im Start-up oder Beratungsumfeld
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Prozessautomatisierung und -digitalisierung und kennst Dich mit verschiedenen Finance Tools aus
  • Du bist sehr gut in Excel und/oder Google Sheets samt Reportings und Business Case Modelling
  • Du kannst Teams (bis zu 2 FTE) anleiten und managen, sowie einfache Projekte eigenständig verantworten
  • Du hast gute bis sehr gute Buchhaltungskenntnisse und Kenntnisse von Buchhaltungssoftwares
  • Du hast erste Erfahrung als Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen Stakeholdern, wie z.B. im Handling von Steuerberatungen, Investoren oder Finanzbehörden
  • Du hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch (ca. C1) und Englisch (min. B2)
