Als leidenschaftliche Gruppe von Beratern bei CoCo Finance, unterstützen wir seit 2014 Startups dabei, starke Finanz- und Controlling-Prozesse aufzubauen. Darüber hinaus bieten wir maßgeschneiderte Analysen für Investoren auf der Suche nach spannenden Projekten. Mit einem Team bestehend aus ehemaligen CFOs, Leitern der Finanzabteilung und Finanzspezialisten verfügen wir über ein fundiertes Verständnis der Herausforderungen, mit denen Startups konfrontiert sind und haben erfolgreich über 300 Projekte von der Seed- bis zur Wachstumsphase abgeschlossen.

An unseren Standorten in den Startup-Hotspots Berlin, Essen und München suchen wir derzeit jeweils eine/n Startup & Venture Services Finance Lead Consultant (m/w/d), um unser Team zu verstärken.

Aufgaben
  • Analyse des operativen und prozessualen Bedarfs bei neuen Mandaten
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung von spannenden Projekten bei unseren Kunden abgestimmt auf Dein individuelles Profil (z.B. Aufsetzen der Buchhaltungsprozesse, Erstellung von Businessplänen, Erarbeitung von Reportingstrukturen, Tooleinführungen oder sonstige Sonderprojekte)
  • Übernahme von verantwortungsvollen interim Positionen (Head/C-level) in Finance-Teams unserer Kunden
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung von Startup Assessments, für Venture Capitalists und Konzerne, gegebenenfalls unter Einsatz von weiteren CoCo Ressourcen
Qualifikation
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Master/Studium in BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Du verfügst über mindestens vier Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Startup-Umfeld mit Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Finanzen und Rechnungswesen und du hast dort einschlägige Erfahrungen aus der Position eines Finance Lead oder Head of Finance sammeln können
  • Du kannst Projekte auch in dynamischen Umfeldern zielorientiert vorantreiben und abschließen
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig ebenso erfolgreich wie im Team, bringst hohe Einsatzbereitschaft mit und übernimmst gern Aufgaben in wechselnden Umfeldern
  • Du kommunizierst überzeugend in deutscher und englischer Sprache
