Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Natural Cosmetics Product Manager - Essential Oils & Aromatherapy bei Sunday Natural. In dieser Position übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den Ausbau, die Pflege und das Management unseres Sortiments an 100% naturreinen ätherischen Ölen. Als Mitglied unseres kleinen Teams bist du zuständig für die effiziente Verwaltung des Sortiments, die gründliche Recherche sowie die Auswahl neuer und bestehender Öle unter strikter Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsansprüche.

  • Recherche und Auswahl hochwertiger ätherischer Öle zur strategischen Erweiterung des Sortiments, unter Berücksichtigung von Lieferbedingungen und Qualität sowie Identifizierung potenzieller neuer Produzenten
  • Du bist für Marktbeobachtungen & Wettbewerbsanalysen verantwortlich – sorge dafür, dass unser Sortiment stets auf dem neuesten Stand und wettbewerbsfähig bleibt
  • Ständige Sicherstellung aktueller Produktunterlagen und die Erweiterung sowie Pflege der Produktpalette
  • Crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit mit unserem internationalen Team sowie mit weltweit ansässigen Herstellern, Produzenten und Lieferanten
  • Gewährleiste eine gründliche Datenpflege in unserem ERP-System "Odoo" und integriere Neuprodukte in unseren Online-Shop
  • Erstelle Reports und Statistiken und erweitere kontinuierlich dein Wissen über Trends durch zielgerichtete Literaturrecherche zu Produkten und Themen im Bereich Kosmetik sowie Gesundheit
Dein Profil
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich Sourcing und Purchasing in den Bereichen Beauty, Naturkosmetik oder ätherische Öle, begleitet von einer ausgeprägten Leidenschaft für diese Themen
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative, organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten, um eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern und externen Partnern aufzubauen und aufrechtzuerhalten
  • Ausdauer und Geduld bei der Bearbeitung von Anfragen sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Starke Teamorientierung und Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit in internationalen, diversen Teams
  • Idealerweise fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, wobei weitere Sprachkenntnisse als zusätzlicher Vorteil gelten
  • Geschätzte Freude am Schreiben, mit der Option, deine Fähigkeiten im Bereich der Texterstellung für Produktbeschreibungen und Newsletter einzubringen
