Das Praxis Service Team hält unseren Therapierenden in der Praxis den Rücken frei. Als Mitglied im Praxis Service Team betreust du mehrere Praxen und arbeitest teilweise vor Ort oder aus dem Home Office. Deine Aufgaben sind vielfältig und reichen von der Terminverwaltung mit Patient:innen über die Prüfung von Verordnung bis zur Unterstützung beim Einarbeiten neuer Kolleg:innen.

Aufgaben

Folgende Aufgaben stehen bei deiner Tätigkeit im Mittelpunkt:

  • An unserem Empfang und am Telefon begrüßt du Patient:innen stets mit einem Lächeln und handhabst Terminanfragen am Telefon souverän und freundlich
  • Du unterstützt die Praxisleitung und Therapierende in allen Managementtätigkeiten und hältst somit dem Team den Rücken frei. Ein kontinuierlicher Austausch und gegenseitige Unterstützung innerhalb des Teams sind ausdrücklich erwünscht.
  • Eine Kernaufgabe darin ist die Aufnahme neuer und die Terminverwaltung bestehender Patient:innen (Bspw. das Füllen von Lücken im Kalender, die durch kurzfristige Absagen entstehen)
  • Du prüfst Verordnungen und bereitest die Abrechnung vor.
  • Du unterstützt das Bestellwesen und übernimmst den Schriftverkehr mit ärztlichen Praxen oder Einrichtungen
  • Du unterstützt beim Start von neuen Mitarbeitenden in deiner Praxis bereitest Einarbeitungspläne vor
  • Für einen guten Teamzusammenhalt organisierst du regelmäßige Teamveranstaltungen
Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Büromanagement oder Praxismanagement
  • Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung in einem dieser Bereiche sammeln
  • Deine freundliche und empathische Art, in Verbindung mit deinem Organisationstalent, ergänzt unser Team perfekt
  • Idealerweise bringst du erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einer Praxisverwaltungssoftware mit und bist Fan einer digitalen, papierlosen Arbeitsweise
  • Neben deinen sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift, besitzt du auch gute Computerkenntnisse
