Aufgaben- Wir haben bereits ein großes Portfolio an Unternehmen, mit denen wir zusammenarbeiten. In Deiner Rolle wirst Du entlang der Talent Experience passende Talente für die Projekte identifizieren, interviewen, qualifizieren, Vergütungs- und Vertragsverhandlungen führen und zusammen mit Deinen Kollegen*innen die Talente unseren Kunden*innen vorstellen.
- Dabei entwickelst Du eigenständig Strategien, unser bestehendes Netzwerk projektbezogen, um weitere qualifizierte Freelancer/ Talente im Perm Bereich zu erweitern.
- Als Hauptansprechpartner*in wirst Du mit Deinem Wissen und Deiner Expertise unsere internen Teams in Sales und Account Management beraten, und so einen großen Anteil daran haben, unsere Kundenbasis bestmöglich weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du hast mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Recruiter (all genders) in der Personaldienstleistung, idealerweise im Contracting (Freelance) &/ Perm
- Dein gutes Stakeholder-Management zeichnet Dich aus und Du verstehst es auf unterschiedlichsten Ebenen zu kommunizieren.
- Durch Deine Erfahrungen in der Personaldienstleistung/ Personalberatung hast Du tiefgreifendes Verständnis für die Branche - ein entsprechendes Netzwerk ist von Vorteil.
- Dein Potenzial kannst Du am besten in einem schnell wachsenden und hoch dynamischen Umfeld ausschöpfen.
- Die Basis Deines Erfolgs bilden Deine Pipeline und Placements. Um Deine Ziele zu erreichen, zeigst Du uns eine hohe Eigeninitiative und Ehrgeiz.
- Deine Neugier treibt Dich voran, Du möchtest immer up-to-date sein und du identifizierst aktuelle Trends rund um den Arbeitsmarkt, Recruiting und neueste Active-Sourcing-Kanäle.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, und Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse.
