Du begeisterst dich für Marken und digitale Themen? Du hast Lust, Sichtbarkeit und ein nachhaltiges Bewusstsein für unsere neue Marke “happyCRM” in den Köpfen der Zielgruppe zu erschaffen? Perfekt, dann möchten wir mit dir unser eigens entwickeltes CRM-Tool mit den passenden Strategien auf dem deutschen Markt platzieren.

Du hast wöchentlich ca. 20 Stunden Zeit, um in Teilzeit in unser hybrides Arbeitsmodell einzusteigen.

Aufgaben
  • Du erarbeitest die Positionierung für die Marke, entwickelst Kommunikationsstrategien und -maßnahmen, die die Reputation und das Image der Marke stärken.
  • Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Team die Alleinstellungsmerkmale des Tools raus und kannst durch ein angepasstes Kommunikationskonzept happyCRM auf dem Software-Markt Bekanntheit verschaffen.
  • Du analysierst deine Strategien und sammelst aussagekräftige Kennzahlen, um die Bewertung der Wirksamkeit von deinen Marketingaktivitäten messen zu können, um daraus neue Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
  • Du baust nach und nach passende Social Media Kanäle auf, um die Benefits des Tools passgenau an die Zielgruppen zu bringen. Dabei steuerst du gekonnt die Kommunikation in der Presse und später auch in Sozialen Netzwerken, sodass die Marke an Bekanntheit gewinnt und sich im CRM-Markt platzieren kann.
  • Du arbeitest mit dem gesamten Team zusammen, um von unseren technischen Experten spannende Insights über das Tool zu erlangen, Content zu bekommen (wie Texte, Bilder und Videos) und wirst so nach und nach selbst zum Profi in der Welt des CRM-Marktes.
Qualifikation
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung aus der Agenturwelt in den Bereichen PR, Brand und Social Media mit, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Markenmanagement oder Produktmarketing.
  • Du bist digital affin, hast eine Leidenschaft für Software-Themen und kannst Daten interpretieren und strategische Empfehlungen ableiten.
  • Kreativität und Innovationsgeist sowie die Fähigkeit, neue Ideen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen sind genau dein Ding. Du hast großes Engagement und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, um für den Aufbau einer neuen Marke verantwortlich zu sein.
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und hast die Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld zu arbeiten.
  • Du bringst fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse mit, kannst dich sehr gut ausdrücken und erklärungsbedürftige Themen spielerisch händeln.
