SPECIALIST - LOGISTIC OPERATIONS (M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
  • You take care of the integrated operational and administrative handling of logistics processes from incoming goods to picking and outgoing goods
  • You are responsible for the packaging of our luxury watches and equipment including the preparation for shipping & handling of returns
  • You record, maintain and update the data of our products in our ERP system extremely conscientiously and carefully and carry out regular inventories together with the team
  • You prepare watches for personal handovers to our customers
  • You are involved in reporting processes of relevant KPIs for logistics, support the optimization of operational processes in the logistics area and act as a contact person for cross-functional teams such as the Supply team, workshop team and Sales team
YOUR PROFILE - WHAT COUNTS WITH US IS WHAT MAKES YOU TICK
  • You successfully completed an apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on logistics a comparable field
  • You gained 2-3 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain management, wholesale and foreign trade or in a freight forwarding company
  • You are extremely diligent and attentive, enjoy working in a team and act proactivity and can work independently
  • You are hard-working, have high expectations of your work and are highly trustworthy with a corresponding police clearance certificate
  • You speak fluent German and good English and ideally have a class B driver's license
